When will I receive my books?

Most of the books sold our web store are printed on demand. It can take up to 8 working days to be printed.

Can I pickup my order myself?
No. Our books are only available through our web store.
What shipping options do you offer?

For Canada:

  • Stamped shipment via Canada Post for orders under 500g
  • UPS
  • Free delivery for purchases over $60 before taxes

For the United States:

  • UPS

International:

  • No international delivery; we suggest contacting the authors directly who manage the distribution of their titles.
How do I get my order back if it's a digital book?

To retrieve orders for digital books (EPUB and PDF formats), please log in to your account (https://boutique.bouquinbec.ca/en/my-account/), then go to the ‘Downloads’ section.
